SOME RESTRICTIONS ΤΟ ALL LAND LEASES IN HONG KONG CONTAIN GREATER OR LESSER EXTENT, AND THERE ARE THUS NO TOTALLY "UNRESTRICTED" LEASES, THE SECRETARY FOR LANDS AND WORKS, THE HON GRAHAM BARNES, TOLD THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL TODAY (WEDNESDAY).
