During his 22 years in the Fire Services Department, Mr Hsu has served in the operational, fire protection and headquarters commands. He is at present a Senior Divisional officer.

Mr Leung has served in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force for 26 years and is at present a Station Sergeant.

Mr Li joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force and retired as a Chief Inspector earlier this year.
Mr LIP Chung wal
Mr Lip is currently a Station Sergeant and has variety of posts during his 29 years in the Police Force, Uniform Branch and the Criminal Investigation Department.
