MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS ORDINANCE ON DB COMMITTEE AGENDA

PROGRESS MADE AFTER THE PROMULGATION OF THE MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS (OWNERS' INCORPORATION) FORMATION OF AMENDMENTS BILL IN 1985, WHICH WAS DESIGNED TO MAKE THE OWNERS CORPORATIONS SIMPLIER AND EASIER.

ROAD WORKS IN TUNG LO WAN HILL DEVELOPMENT WILL COMPRISE ABOUT 500 RESIDENTIAL FLOOR AREA OF 52,800 SQUARE METRES.
