ANY PERSON WHO CONSIDERS THAT HE HAS AN INTEREST, RIGHT OR EASEMENT IN OR OVER THE FORESHORE AND SEABED INVOLVED MAY SUBMIT A WRITTEN OBJECTION TO THE DIRECTOR OF BUILDINGS AND LANDS ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 15.

IN ADDITION, AUTHORISATION HAS BEEN GIVEN FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO CONSTRUCT A BREAKWATER WITHIN AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 2.29 HECTARES OF FORESHORE AND SEABED AT SAI KUNG HOI.

THE BREAKWATER IS TO PROVIDE AN AREA OF SHELTERED WATER AS COMPENSATION FOR THAT LOST UNDER THE PROPOSED RECLAMATION OF SA1 KUNG

CREEK.

WORK WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY NEXT YEAR AND WILL BL COMPLETED IN 12 MONTHS.

THE EXTENT OF THE AREA AFFECTED WAS DESCRIBED IN A NOTICE OF AUTHORISATION PUBLISHED IN THE LATEST GAZETTE.

ANY PERSON WHO CONSIDERS THAT HIS INTEREST, RIGHT OR EASK NT IN OR OVER THE FORESHORE AND SEABED INVOLVED WILL BE INJURIOUSIA AFFECTED BY THE ABOVE UNDERTAKING MAY DELIVER ΤΟ THE DIRECTOR OF BUILDINGS AND LANDS A WRITTEN CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15.

TRAFFIC, TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS IN HO MAN TIN

THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCED THAT THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN HO MAN TIN FROM 10 AM TOMORROW (TUESDAY) UPON COMPLETION OF THE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION WORK IN SHEUNG FOO STREET:

窖 SHEUNG FOO STREET WILL RETURN TO TWO-WAY OPERATION FROM ITS EXISTING TEMPORARY ONE-WAY OPERATION ENTERING FROM FAT KWONG STREET.

KMB ROUTES NO. 78, 8 AND 18 ON THEIR JOURNEYS TO HUNG ПОМ

FERRY, STAR FERRY AND OI MAN RESPECTIVELY WILL RESUME THEIR NORMAL ROUTINGS VIA FAT KWONG STREET, SHEUNG SHING STREET, SHEUNG FOO STREET AND FAT KWONG STREET.

KMB ROUTE NO. 17 AND GREEN MINIBUS ROUTES NO. 8 AND 28M ON THEIR JOURNEYS TO ΟΙ MAN, TSIM SHA TSUI AND MONG KOK RESPECTIVELY WILL RESUME THEIR NORMAL ROUTINGS VIA SHEUNG SHING STREET, SHEUNG FOO STREET AND FAT KWONG STREET.

THE PUBLIC LIGHT BUS STAND LOCATED NEAR BLOCK 5 OF HO MAN TIN ESTATE WILL BE REINSTATED, WHILE THE TEMPORARY PUBLIC LIGHT BUS STAND NEAR BLOCK 6 WILL BE CANCELLED.
