PERMANENT THINK TANK WHICH CAN TAKE THE LONG-TERM VIEW AND LOOK AT ISSUES OF STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE WHICH MIGHT OTHERWISE NOT RECEIVE PROPER ATTENTION, BECAUSE OF THE PRESSURE OF DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATION, THE SECRETARY FOR EDUCATION AND MANPOWER, THE HON RON BRIDGE, SAID TODAY
(WEDNESDAY).
