Mr LEE Chi-kwong
Mr Lee has served the Mongkok community
since the 1970's and has been active in the Mong Kok
West Area Committee.
Mrs CHAN Fok Po-chun, Anita
Mrs Chan is the principal of a
secondary school in Sai Kung. She is
involved in the promotion of civic education and
recreational activities for children and young
people in the District.
Mr WONG Kwok-choi
Mr Wong has a long history of participation
in local community affairs. He has been an Area
Committee Member since 1979 and has taken part in the
organization of many cultural and recreational
activities in Sham Shui Po.
Ms Helen CHEN Kwok-ving
Ms Helen Chen has been working for the
welfare of children for many years. She has made
notable contributions to the care of children with
multiple handicaps.
