Mr Blenkinsop entered Government
Service 21 years ago. He is now Commissioner of
Rating and Valuation.
Anthony Noël Savage Esq, JP
Mr Savage entered the Colonial
Administrative Service in Kenya in 1953, and the
Hong Kong Civil Service in 1969. He has held a
wide range of posts and made an important
contribution to the development of the temporary
housing programme in the early seventies.
His
most recent appointment was Principal Assistant
Financial Secretary.
Mr WONG Kwok-choy, JP
Mr Wong joined the Civil Service in
1958. He has played a key role in planning and
executing many public works projects. He is now
Principal Government Engineer.
