Mr Kwok is one of the founding members of
the Royal Life Saving Society (Hong Kong) and the
Hong Kong Life Guards Club.
Hr KHONG Kwok-kam
Mr Kwong has been active in the community
activities of Cheung Chau District for over 10 years.
Mr LEUNG On-fook
Mr Leung is a former Chairman of the Pok
Oi Hospital Board of Directors. He was a co-opted
member of the Social Services Committee for the Yuen
Long District Board.

Mr Lui is very active in community affairs
and a founder member of the Mutual Aid Committee at
