Mr Tsang has served with the Royal Hong Kong
Police for the past 20 years. He is now a Chief
Superintendent.

Mr Chan joined the Fire Services in 1956
and is now a Station Officer.
HI CHÂN Hai
Mr Chan entered Government Service in 1960.
He is a former Aide-de-Camp to the Governor and rose
to his present rank in the Fire Services as Senior
Divisional Officer in 1982.
