Mr David LEE Shu-tai
Mr Lee has played a leading role in setting
up the British Council's English Teaching Centre in
Hong Kong, the revenue from which makes a major
contribution to Council purposes.
Dr. MOK Wah-chaan, JP
Dr. Mok is a private practitioner and has
a considerable record of community service, spanning
a period of 32 years. He is Deputy Commissioner
of the Auxiliary Medical Service and Principal
Surgeon in the St. John Ambulance Brigade.
Mr Douglas Gerald MORTLOCK
Mr Mortlock joined the Royal Hong Kong
Police in 1971, having served for 28 years in the
British Army. He retired as a Senior Superintendent.
He now resides in Switzerland.
Mr Peter Hugh WALKER
Mr Walker served in the Colonial Service
from 1953
