Mr CHÂN Kwok-chuen
Mr Chan joined the Hong Kong Post Office
in 1959 as an Assistant Wireless Inspector. He
was promoted to Senior Controller (Telecommunications)
in 1980. He is a member of the Merchant Navy
Training Board.
Mr James CH'IEN Ming-nien
Mr Ch'ien is a well-known and experienced
social worker in Hong Kong. He is Superintendent of
Social Service, Society for the Aid and Rehabilitation
of Drug Abusers (SARDA).
Mr James Herbert EVANS
Mr Evans joined the Information Services
Department as an Assistant Press Officer in 1956.
He was made Principal Information Officer in 1972.
Mr Evans has now retired from ISD but is on temporary
contract to Urban Services Department.
MẸ KHÔNG Hoi-lam
Mr Kwong joined the civil service in 1955.
He is now Senior Superintendent of Customs and
Excise.
