The Hon. John Walter CHAMBERS
Mr Chambers joined the Hong Kong civil
service as a Cadet Officer Class II in 1955. He
has held a variety of senior appointments and was promoted to the rank of Secretary, Government
Secretariat in 1986. He has made a significant contribution in the fields of community affairs,
welfare and health.
Mr Vincent CHOU Wen-hsien, JP
Mr Chou is the Managing Director of
Winner Co. (HK) Ltd., one of Hong Kong's major
textile groups.
Mr Chou is an active member of a
local hospital board.
Mr George Tseng-yong CHU
Mr Chu has been very active both in the
insurance industry and in public affairs for about
30 years.
Mr Noel Martin GLEESON, JP
