FACTORY SPACE WAS STILL READILY AVAILABLE, AND MORE THAN ADEQUATE TO MEET DEMAND - THUS, INDUSTRIAL SALE AND RENTAL LEVELS REMAINED FAIRLY STATIC.

WITH REGARD TO LAND, HE SAID, SALES THROUGHOUT THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR HAD GENERATED CONSIDERABLE INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION, ACHIEVING REASONABLE BUT NOT EXCESSIVE PRICES.
