Mr Stephen Alexander Wallace BOWMAN
Mr Bowman has been engaged in highway
engineering for the past 20 years. He was a
Government Engineer before recently retiring to the
United Kingdom.
Mr LAM Tak-mong
Mr Lam has devoted much of his life to
community services in the Shaukiwan hillside. Be is
an appointed member of the Eastern District Board.
Mr Norman LEUNG Nai-pang
Mr Leung is a Council Member of the City
Polytechnic of Hong Kong, a Member of the Board of
Review of Inland Revenue, of the Television Advisory
Board, and of the Housing Authority Home Ownership
Scheme. He is presently Regional Commander (Hong Kong)
Civil Aid Services.
Mr David LOW Shiu-kwong
Mr Low has devoted a great deal of his leisure
time to improve facilities for the handicapped.

Mr Laurie Robert MACCULLOCH
Mr MacCulloch's career as a civil servant in
the service of several governments has spanned 40 years.
He was recently an Administrative Officer, Staff Grade C,
before retiring to New Zealand.
