Dr Hollinrake joined the Medical and Health Dapartment in 1969 and is now Medical Superintendent of the Shek Kwu Chau Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre.
Mr Kenneth Richard JENKINS
Mr Jenkins joined the Hong Kong Civil Service in 1965 and is now the Principal Government Engineer, Mass Transit.
Mr KONG Wai-kwan
Mr Kong joined the Hong Kong Civil Service in
1953 and is now a Senior Superintendent of Customs and
Excise.
Mr LEE Jark-pui, JP
Mr Lee has been associated with a wide variety of
agencies and organisations in the social welfare field
for many years past.
Mr TAI Kuen, JP
Mr Tai has served on the Yuen Long District Advisory
Board since 1977 and the Yuen Long District Board and its
Committees since 1982. He is also the Chairman of the New
Territories Scouts Association.
Mr YU Pui lam
Mr Yu joined the Civil Aid Services in 1953 and
is now the Deputy Cadet Commandant.
