her agreement, will arrange the interview to be conducted in an area
outside the room. Full details of the result of each poll will be issued
by GIS over the teleprinter and facsimile systems.
B. FUNCTIONAL CONSTITUENCIES
Elections of the functional constituencies will take the form
of a preferential voting system. There will be 33 polling stations for
the seven contested constituencies. There will be no special facilities
for the media at these polling stations.
The counting of votes for all functional constituencies will
take place in the arena of the Queen Elizabeth Stadium (QES) in Oi
Kwan Road, Wan Chai, where there will be special arrangements for
the media.
The counting of votes will be conducted in the following
order, commencing around 7145 pm:-
