Flight Sergeant LAU Fook-wing
Flight Sergeant Lau joined the Royal Hong Kong Air Force in
1957 and was the Senior Non-commissioned Officer, Motor Transport
Section, before he retired in October 1984.

Mr MacDonald joined the Hong Kong Police Force as a Sub- Inspector in 1959 and reached his present rank of Chief
Superintendent in 1979.

Mr Webster joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1957 as a Sub-Inspector and was promoted to his present rank of Assistant Commissioner in 1982.
