Mr Cyril George PULLINGER
Divisional Officer Pullinger served in the UK
Fire Service for 15 years before joining the Hong Kong
Fire Services as a Station Officer in 1966.
During his
service he has served with distinction in most branches, but particularly in his present post in the Fire Prevention
Bureau.

Mr Peter CHEUNG
A
Senior Divisional Officer Cheung joined the long
Kong Fire Services as an Assistant Station Officer in
1962 and rose through the officer ranks to his present
rank in which he commands a large busy and developing
territorial fire division in the New Territories. great deal of his service has been on operational duties where his professional skills and abilities have resulted in the saving of many lives and much property from fire
and calamity.

Mr Robert Anthony STEELE
Mr Steele joined the Royal HK Police Force in. 1964 as a Probationary Inspector and rose to his present rank of Chief Superintendent in 1982. He has served in a wide range of appointments, particularly that of Commandant of the Police Tactical Unit where he brought about significant improvements to the standard of training in internal security matters throughout the Force.
Mr James Arthur FINCH
Mr Finch joined the Royal HK Police Force in January 1962, and apart from about four years in the Criminal Investigation Dept and Special Branch has served in a variety of Uniform Branch posts.
