Mr WONG Pak-keung
Mr Wong joined the Preventive Service (now Customs & Excise Service) as
as a Revenue Officer Cl. II in 1952 and
was promoted through the ranks to his present rank of Senior
Inspector of Customs & Excise in 1977.
He has done much to contribute
to the overall success of the Service.

Mr SIT Dok-shuen
Mr Sit joined Government in July 1953 and reached his present rank of Senior Housing Manager in August 1980. He has brought to a conclusion a number of very difficult, sensitive and controversial operations, and made efficient arrangements for accommodating thousands of persons rendered homeless by fires in
squatter areas,

Mr LIU Hing-chai
Mr Liu has now led the Space Museum team for some five years. The Space Museum layout, programmes and general public interest activities, are recognisable as at high world standards despite the fact that HK has only entered this sphere of activities in recent years.

Mr Robert WEI Wen-nan, ос
Mr Wei was a member of the Criminal and Law
Enforcement Injuries Compensation Boards from 1973-1983,
and assumed the chairmanship in June 1976. Under his
leadership, the large number of Boards totalling some 42 members have been able to function effectively and satisfactorily, and the accumulated payments since 1973
have amounted to some $12 million.
