Mr LEE Shi-chi
Mr Lee was first appointed as a Sanitary Coolie in 1954 and posted to the By-Products Plant. He was promoted to Foreman Butcher in December. 1978. Since he joined he joined the Department, he has been performing highly unpleasant but exceedingly important tasks of a public
health nature.
Mr FAN Nai-fuen
Mr Fan joined the Prisons Deptas a Warder in Sept. 1953. He was promoted to Assistant Principal Warder in 1958, appointed Junior Prison Officer in 1962 and promoted to Officer in 1963. He has served in
both prisons and training centres and has at all times set an excellent example to his colleagues.
Mr CHAU Yiu-hung
Mr Chau first joined Government as a Temporary Clerk in 1951. He rose to the rank of General Clerical Service Class II in June 1966, and to Clerical Officer I in 1974. Throughout his long service he has proved himself to be loyal, hardworking, responsible and conscientious.
Mr LEE Po-ming
For 29 years Mr Lee has rendered outstanding service in the Auxiliary Medical Services. He is not only keenly interested in the expansion and development of the Services, but also in the general welfare and well-being of its members.
Mr LO Kam-shing
Mr Lo first joined the Medical & Health Department as Labourer in 1949 and was subsequently promoted to the grade
