Mr HUI In-ying
He
Mr Hui is a highly respected community leader. has been, for some years past, a member of several boards
and committees dealing with public affairs in Kowloon. He is also a Lay Assessor at North Kowloon Magistracy.
Mr Stephen LAU Ka-men
Since his appointment as Data Processing Manager in July 1978, Mr Lau has been responsible for the provision of a wide range of general purpose computer facilities to a considerable number of Government departments by the Government Data Processing Agency, and for the development of many specialised computer projects within individual departments including a computer with Chinese processing capability to produce the register of electors and poll cards for District Board elections; and computerised facilities for the issue of new identity cards for the whole population
of Hong Kong.
Mr Ernest Richard MAYCOCK
Mr Maycock joined the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps in 1939. He fought in the defence of Hong Kong and was taken prisoner at Chung Hom Kok on Hong Kong Island on Christmas Eve 1941. He was a prisoner of war in Sham Shui Po Camp between 1941 and late 1943, and in Japan from 1943 until the liberation of Hong Kong in 1945. He joined the
Government service in November 1946 and is due to retire at
the end of January 1984.
Mr Paul TSANG whan
Mr Paul Tsang joined the Civil Aid Services in 1953
as a Senior Operator in the Hong Kong Command Headquarters
and was promoted to the officer rank in 1963. He is now the
Recruiting Officer for the Service.
