Mr Lee Kwok-fun
Mr Lee has served with distinction for 22 years in the Fire Services Department. He is a very experienced, skilful and courageous fireman, and is a volunteer member of the Department's underwater diving rescue unit.

Mr Cheng Krong ta
Mr Cheng joined the Fire Services Department in 1962 and has now reached the rank of Superintendent (Ambulance). He has been responsible for the operational efficiency of Hong Kong Island Division for the past ten years, during which time more than 1.5 million incidents have been attended by ambulances and men under his overall supervision.

Flt. Lt. Peter Dicky YIP
Flt. Lt. Yip joined the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force in 1967 and has been Flight Commander, Helicopters since 1976. He has carried out more than 150 casualty evacuations, often in the most atrocious weather conditions, and has inspired the other Volunteers by his dedication and professionalism.

Mr Tam has been president of the Hong Kong Private Anglo-Chinese Schools Association.since December 1981. Mr Tam also plays a useful role in the Curriculum Development Comittee and in promoting Scouts and Girl Guide movements and cultural and recreational activities
in the New Territories.
