Mrs Fong was first appointed as Student Midwife in 1952 and
has worked in Tsan Yuk Hospital since 1955. She is a dedicated and reliable midwife whose keeness in teaching junior staff is praiseworthy.

Mr Wong joined the former Prisons Department in 1952 and rose

to his present rank of Assistant Officer I in 1972. He has specialised in the psychiatric side of the correctional services work.

Mr George Hindhaugh, CPM
Mr Hindhaugh joined the Nyasaland Police.Force in 1956 and
transferred to the British Solomon Islands in 1971. He joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1975 and was promoted to Assistant
Commissioner in 1980. He is at present the Regional Commander,
Kowloon.

Mr Keith Harry Lomas, CPM
Mr Lomas joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force from the United Kingdom Civil Service in 1957. He has served in several branches of the Force and has contributed notably in the fields of
traffic enforcement and staff relations.

Mr Wigley joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1963. He has held a number of key posts at divisional and staff levels, and has played a particularly impertant role in anti-illegal immigration
operations.
