Mr John Henry Bremridge, OBE
Mr Bremridge became an Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council in 1974 and a substantive Unofficial Member of the Executive
Council in 1977. He was appointed Financial Secretary in June, 1981.

Mr John Calvert Griffiths, QC
Mr Griffiths was called to the Bar in 1956 and took silk in
1972. He became a Recorder of the Crown Court in England, also in
1972, and was appointed Attomey General in Hong Kong in June, 1979.

The Hon. Miss Lydia Dunn, OBE, JP
Miss Dunn became an Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council in 1976 and a substantive Unofficial Member of the Executive
Council in 1982. She has served on many advisory boards and committees and is generally accepted as being one of Hong Kong's
leading public figures.

Mr Colvyn Hugh Haye, JP
Mr Haye joined the Education Department in 1953, was promoted to the rank of Deputy Director in 1975 and Director in 1980. He is
an Official Member of the Legislative Council.

Mr Robert Thomas Mitchell Henry, HVO, OBE, OPM, CPM
Mr Henry joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Senior
Assistant Commissioner in January 1973 after 25 years distinguished
police service in Malaysia and as Commissioner in Sarawak and Fiji. He was promoted to Deputy Commissioner in January 1974 and Commissioner
in 1979.
