Mr LEE Hoi-ching
Mr Lee joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as
a Constable in 1949. He reached his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1972. He has spent most of his service in the
New Territories, and recently has been a Sub-unit Commander in Yuen Long, normally an officer's post.
Mr LING Pui
Mr Ling joined the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force as a Constable in 1954, reaching his present rank of Sergeant in 1972. He has served mainly in the Shamshuipo and Wong Tai Sin Divisions. In recent years Mr Ling has devoted practically all his spare time to performing anti- crime patrols in the Wong Tai Sin area.
Mr MA Kwong-yee
Mr Ma joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Sub-Inspector in 1952, and was promoted to Chief Inspector in 1971. Mr Ma has worked in the Criminal Investigation Department since 1955, and in recent years has played a major role in the training of police officers for CID work.
Mr Benjamin William MUNFORD
Mr Munford joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1967. He was promoted his present rank of Senior Superin- tendent in 1982. For three years he was in charge of the Triad Society Division of the Criminal Investigation Department, and in early 1982 he became Senior Staff Officer, Crime for
Kowloon Region.
