Mr Lack joined the Marine Department as a Marine Officer in 1953. His service has been mainly with the Port Administration Division. He became Deputy Director of Marine in 1980. He is also a senior officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Mr Chan is the head of the Labour Relations Division of the Labour Department. He joined the department in 1958 as an Assistant Labour Officer, and was promoted to his present rank in 1979. He has been a Superintendent in the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force.
MY CHIK Mo-yan
Mr Chik recently retired from the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Chief Inspector. He joined as a Constable
