Mr. Donald Mcfarlane WATSON
Mr. Watson joined the Force in 1960 and was promoted to his present rank of Senior Superintendent in 1978. Since 1976, he has occupied a number of key posts as a Staff Officer in the Operations Department of Police Headquarters and is
currently the Senior Staff Officer in the Anti-Illegal Immigration
Control Centre (AIICC). He has shown a keen interest both in
his duties and in Force activities. As a Staff Officer he has
proved of immense value in the fields of contingency planning, internal security and anti-illegal immigration operations. He has also helped in no small measure to foster a high degree of
Police Military liaison.

Mr. LAU Man-li
Mr. Lau joined the Hong Kong Fire Brigade 26 years ago
as a Fireman and has risen through the ranks to become Principal
Fireman. He has served in all areas of the New Territories and
Kowloon, and in countless dangerous emergency situations he has demonstrated skill, courage, determination and leadership of a very high order resulting in the saving of much property and many lives.
He was commended in 1964 for his part in a particular
rescue of an injured person.
Mr. NG Kai
Following three years service in the Royal Army Service Corps, Hong Kong, Mr. NG Kai joined the Hong Kong Fire Brigade in 1955 as a Fireman driver and has progressed through the ranks to Principal Fireman. The bulk of his 25 years service has been in the busy operational fire district of Kowloon and at countless incidents Mr. Ng has demonstrated courage, skill and determination
over and above the normal. He has made a most significant contribution to the saving of property and life during his exemplary service.
