Chairman of the Tsing Yi Rural Committee since 1976 and much involved with the implementation of the development plan for Tsing Yi. A village representative for 20 years and a member of the Tsuen Wan District Advisory Board since 1977.
Mr. TO Hang-keung
Distinguished for his community service, both in Kowloon City and Mongkok, particularly in supporting sports associations, Government campaigns and Government's community building activities.
Mr. YUNG Chek-chow
The Chairman of Aberdeen/Aplichau Area Committee and
of the Recreation and Sports Committee (Southern) since 1979,
a Vice President of the Hong Kong Amateur Basketball Association and a member of the City District Committee (Southern). He is an enthusiastic supporter of, and contributor to, sports
activities.
