Dr. Alexander LAI Ming-wah
A member of the Tsuen Wan District Advisory Board (1977 to date), the Kwai Chung East Area Committee (1978 to date) and of scouting and sports associations in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung. An active community leader who is also
interested in industrial affairs.
Mr. LAM Kin-ming
From a traditional Chiu Chow industrialist family and the Chairman of the Chiu Chow Clansmen Association. President of the Hong Kong Garment Trade Association and a leader in the textile field. A participant in various community activities; formerly a Director of Po Leung Kuk and Chairman of the Yan Chai Hospital.
Mr. LAM Pak-ping
A villager from Tap Mun Island who has been active in community affairs in Sai Kung North for many years and is presently Chairman of the Rural Committee. A Village Representative since 1961. A leader in supporting social and recreational community projects.
Mr. LAM Tak-mong
An Area Committee Chairman and a member of the Eastern City District Committee. Is the Chairman of the Nam On Fong Village Mutual Aid Committee and a member of the Shaukiwan Kaifong Association. Has worked to knit village communities together by encouraging village leadership and the formation of Mutual Aid Committees and by organising
communal activities.
