Mr. Nylon Leonard TS'O, CPM
Mr. TS'O, who joined the Hong Kong Police Reserve as a Constable in 1947, belongs to a family with a long history in the Force. He was promoted to his present rank in 1972. He was in command of a Riot Company during the 1967 disturbances and proved to be a first class officer in the field and a firm
and positive leader, He has acted successfully on several
occasions as a Deputy in the Auxiliary Command structure.

Mr. CHAN Kwong
Mr. Chan joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as Constable in 1946 and attained his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1972. Nearly all his service has been in the Criminal
Investigation Department, covering most of the land divisions.
During post-war civil disturbances in Hong Kong, he was involved
in both counter field actions and subsequent investigations.
was transferred in 1975 to lead the Action Squads in the battle
against crime at ground level.
Mr. CHAN Ping-ki

Mr. Chan joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in
1946 and attained his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1973.
He was awarded the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in 1964,
received the 1st and 2nd Clasps in 1971 and 1976 respectively, and has been commended by his Commanding Officer on several
occasions. In recent years he has been involved in the development
of the Neighbourhood Policing Units for new housing estates.
The task of building confidence and understanding between the
Police and the public in these congested areas was a challenge, and the present containment of crime and good Police/public
relations there are evidence of his success.
