Mr. YU Tso-wing

Mr. YU Tso-wing was posted to the Royal Hong Kong

Police Force when he joined the Civil Service in 1959. Before

that he had worked as a Clerk in the Royal Naval Dockyard for

13 years. He is at present the Clerical Officer in charge of

the Narcotics Bureau General Registry. He has served the Force extremely well over the past 21 years.

Mr. Tony YUE Tung-pik

Mr. Yue has been a very loyal employee of the Red Cross for 27 years and has given dedicated service both in

recruitment of donors individually and as a speaker for blood

donation in the education programme set up in 1972. He has played a vital role with his colleagues in the promotion of

blood donation in Hong Kong.

Mr. John Ronaldson JOHNSTON, CPM

Mr. Johnston joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Probationary Inspector in 1955 and has served in most

Branches of the Force. More recently he was charged with the

establishment of the Anti-illegal Immigration Control Centre,

a task which he executed quickly and efficiently. In January 1980 he was again appointed as District Police Commander, Kowloon. He was commended by the Commissioner of Police in 1957 for his courage and efficient leadership in connection with an incident at the frontier with China, and he was also commended by His

Excellency the Governor in 1969 for outstanding leadership, professional skill and devotion to duty in connection with

security operations.
