On behalf of the community may I express my gratitude to
you, Sir Shiu-kin, for your generous donation. I would like also to
thank all those who have been involved in the planning and construction work
which has enabled this new school building to come into being.
It now gives me great pleasure to declare the Tang Shiu
Kin Victoria Technical School open.
