Mr IU Hon-leung
Founding member of Y's Men's Club of Victoria in 1962 and
actively associated ever since.
Concerned to provide basic
recreational facilities for the underprivileged and established
centres for the deaf. Serves on panel of Film Censors and promotes
cultural programmes for youth.
Mr LEUNG Chung-lick
Involved in community work for over 10 years, particularly
in providing cultural and recreational facilities in Sham Shui Po;
firm supporter of many Government and charity projects and campaigns.
Mr LEUNG Shui-fat
Record-breaking nine years service on the Board of
Directors Pok Oi Hospital (Chairmen 1980/81). Was a village
representative for 13 years and is currently a director of Yuen
Long Town Hall and Yuen Long District Sports Association.
Mrs Rita LIU TONG Wei-oi
Active in Tsuen Wan community and welfare projects for
past eight years and just completed successful year as Chairman
Yan Chai Hospital. Involved with Boys and Girls Clubs association,
Juvenile Care Centre, Society for the aged and Caritas.
