He has held posts in all branches of the Fire Services
including operational, fire prevention, Airport and staff duties.
His courage, skill and leadership at countless energencies,
fires and other calamities has been responsible for the saving of
many lives and considerable property.

Mr CHOI Chang kong
Mr CHOI Chang-kong has served in various branches of the
Fire Services in many parts of the territory. By far the greatest
part of his service has been spent on operational duties in the
busiest fire stations, and he has been responsible for the saving
of many lives and much property.
For the last few years he has held the post of Fire
Services Welfare Officer. He has applied himself tirelessly to
this demanding and responsible duty and many members and their
families, or their widows and children, have cause to be grateful
for his sympathy and understanding.
