Mr LAU Hung

Before joining the Information Services Department as a

messenger in 1959, Mr Lau worked in the H.M. Dockyard. He was

promoted to Office Attendant in 1963 and to his present rank in

1973.

He has proved to be an exceptionally competent Head attendant.

He takes a personal interest in the efficient running of the

messenger service and in training junior and newly joined assistants.

Mr LU Ken-kwong

Mr Lau first joined Government service in 1947. In 1951

he went to work for H.M. Dockyard until 1952. He rejoined the

Dockyard in 1954 and in 1955 he was promoted to VIP Driver for the

Admiral and then the Captain of H.M. Dockyard. In 1959, on the

winding-up of H.M. Dockyard, he was transferred back to Government

service as a Motor Driver. He became Personal Chauffeur to the

Attorney General in 1968, and has served four successive attorneys

General with outstanding reliability and devotion.

Mr LO Chi-wah

Mr Lo began his career in 1960 as a Messenger. In 1967

he was appointed Hall Porter in the Government Secretariat and in

1971 he was promoted to Senior Hall Porter. He was subsequently
