In the expansion of the A.M.S. Sub-Units in the New
Territories, he has contributed many valuable ideas and given
considerable time and energy to the scheme.

Mr FOK Hin-kwong
Mr Fok has 23 years' outstanding service in the
Government of Hong Kong, including 16 years in the Judiciary. Since
joining the Legal Aid Department in May 1973, his dedication to duty
has engendered respect among the Law Clerks in the department and he
acts as a mentor and guide to all of them.

Mr FUNG Wah-kon
Mr Fung was first appointed as a Foreman II in 1958
and was promoted through the ranks to Assistant Transport Supervisor.
Mr Fung is thoroughly conversant with day-to-day land transport
management matters of the Urban Services Department and plays a vital role
in ensuring that a large fleet of 900 vehicles of varying size and
purpose, together with their drivers, is utilised to maximum
capacity.
