Mr Allan CHIU Ching
Mr Chiu has served continuously in the Royal Hong Kong Police
Force since he first joined Government service, and for the past ning
years he has been the most senior clerical officer in the Special Branch.
In his present post he has accepted additional responsibility and
performed duties in excess of those normally in his grade.

Mr CHOW Lam-pang
Mr Chow joined the Government as a forest worker in 1940.
He remained in Hong Kong during the Japanese occupation and resumed
duty as Forester Grade I in 1947.
At the present time he is in charge of the Kowloon Hills
District and has made' a significant contribution to Country Parks
development in the Kam Shan and Lion Rock Country Parks.
He was
promoted to Senior Field Assistant in 1977 and has been granted an
extension of service for two years with effect from 1979.

Hr CHU Hanvui
Mr CHU Man-yui joined the auxiliary Medical Service (A.M.S.)
in 1952. For 27 years he has been one of the main pillars of support in
the Transport and General Stores Section and currently in the Liaison
Section.
