Rural Committee since 1962 and Chairman since 1976. He was a director of
Pok Ci Hospital in 1975 and has been a member of Yuen Long District Advisory
Board since it was formed in 1977.
Mr. YUNG Yi-yin
Mr. Yung retired in 1966 after 38 years in the civil service and
managed a private school up to 1972. He was invited in 1975 to be special
adviser to the Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions, jointly
organised by 40 organisations with 5 000 participants, and contributed to
the success of this project.
