Mr. LC Tat-yu
A member of the Mid-levels (estern) Area Committee 1973 :
Chairman 1975 to 1977, and now Họn. Adviser. He is Chairman, Central and
Western District Secondary and Primary Students Guidance Committee, which
has benefitted a great number of students in the District.
Miss LED Wai-fong
She has been a Director of the Choung Chau Caritas Social Contre
since 1964; also a member of the Sports, Cultural and Recreational Sub-"
Committee of the Islands District Advisory Board. She is an active participant
in community projects outside her area of professional concern, particularly
recreational and cultural activities.
Mr. LANG Shu-fook
He devotes much of his time to the recreation and welfare of the
boat people in Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter. He is Chairman of the Fraternal
Association of th. Floating Population of Hong Kong and a coordinator of
the Floating Population Recreational Schene.
Lr. Lo Tak
He has made an outstanding contribution to recreation and sporting
activities and to the development of the Hongkok Countrymen and Clansmen's
Association. Ho is Executive Secretary of the Executive Committee of the
Association and launched "Progress rongkok" in 1975.
Mr. PANG Hang-vin
A Fanling village representativo since 1970 and Chairman of Fanling
Rural Committee since 1976. He is a member of Tai Po District Advisory Board
and of other District Committees.
