Mr. Brian WEBSTER
Mr. Hebster joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a
Sub-Inspector in 1957 after a short period of service with the Metropolitan Police. He was promoted to Senior Inspector in 1966; Assistant Superintendent in 1970 and regraded Superintendent in 1971. In 1977 he was promoted to
his present rank. During his service he has served in a variety of operational and staff posts in both the Uniform Branch and the Criminal
Investigation Department.
Mr. Webster has been an active supporter of the Superintendents'
Association, in which he has held various offices, including that of
Chaiman.

Mr. ONG Cheung
Mr. Wong has been for over 13 years in the Police Welfare Seotion and this has formed a substantial part of his long service in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. He has given devoted service to police officers and their families and shown outstanding efficiency in assisting Police Formation Clubs and Associations, in organising sporting events,
social and recreational functions. In addition he has cheerfully and
willingly given his spare time and services to the well-being of officers and their families, especially helping distressed families with funeral
arrangements and probate work.

Mr. Kenneth MYLWARD
Mr. Aylward has served in Fire Services for 28 years, in Britain
from 1951 to 1961 and since then in the Hong Kong Fire Services.
He has served in all branches of the Service including operational,
fire prevention, Airport and staff duties.
