Mr. HUI Ki-on

Mr. Hui joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1963 as a

Probationary Inspector. He was posted to Special Branch in 1966, serving there with distinction until 1977. In October 1977 he was posted to

Kowloon District where he held the duty post of Superintendent in charge

of Emergency Units, Kowloon before moving to his current post, Divisional

Superintendent, Sham Shui Po Division. Mr. Hui was promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent in April 1978. The success against crime in his Division can be attributed to his dedication and leadership.

Mr. LEE Kwong-ming

Mr. Lee Kwong-ming, Chief Inspector of Police (Auxiliary), joined

the Hong Kong Special Constabulary as Special Constable on 22nd February 1954. He progressed through the ranks and was promoted to Chief Inspector

of Police on 1st January 1972.

Mr. Lee has been Divisional Inspector (Auxiliary) at Wong Tai Sin

Station since 1.1.1972 and has played a major part in the formation of that auxiliary unit and its subsequent expansion. It is now the largest auxiliary division in Kowloon District and has, under his auspices, became

a most effective unit.

Mr. LI Kam-po

Mr. Li Kam-po joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a

Constable in 1952. He was promoted Sub-Inspector in 1958 and reached the

rank of Senior Inspector in 1970. In 1971 he was regraded to the rank of Chief Inspector.

He has held the posts of Launch Commander, Sector Commander/Marine and is currently in charge of the Marine Police Training School where his contribution is outstanding.
