Chairman of Ma Wan Rural Committee since 1970 and ex-officio

Devoted kaifong movement advocate with membership in Stanley

since 1949. Respected as a village elder.

Rotary Club and village representative of San Hui for non-indigenous villagers.

Chairman since 1972. A keen supporter of youth activities.

A leader and much respected figure in Sai Kung.
