Mr. Chu Chi-leung
Mr. Chu joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1952. He was promoted to Corporal in 1961, to Sergeant in 1966 and to Station Sergeant in 1972. He has served in the Uniform Branch and nearly all the Land Divisions. He takes a keen interest in the welfare of
his subordinates and, in addition to being the Divisional Representative on the Junior Consultative Council, is a member of the Division Welfare Committee and the Hong Kong Police Sports Association.

Mr. John Francis Greene
Mr. Greene joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1952 and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1977. He has undertaken a wide variety of duties during his service with the Force, but he has been involved mainly with traffic duties and motor. transport.
He has been active in the field of Police sport and welfare, and a member of the Police Rugby team for several years. He has been a Committee member of the Hong Kong Police Sports Association for many years and acted as Chairman of the Association
in 1977.

Mr. John Godfrey Guy
Mr. Guy joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a probationary Sub-Inspector in 1956, and was promoted to Chief Inspector in 1974.
During the last nine years Mr. Guy has sorved in the Traffic Branch, in which he has demonstrated professional ability of the highest order. He was responsible for organising the Colony Traffic arrangements for the visits of Her Majesty the Queen in 1975 and H.R.H. Princess Alexaidra iu 1977 and for the Hong Kong Silver Jubilee
