Hr. NG Kwong

Following employment as a carpenter in H.M. Dockyard,

Hong Kong for thirteen years, Mr. Ng joined the Preventive Service as

an Assistant Revenue Officer in 1959. Mr. Ng has maintained his

interest in his original craft, and in his own time has produced a wide

range of recreational facilities for the Customs and Excise Service's

Training School as well as such things as handcarved service badges

for Customs launches and other service emblems, Mr. Ng is a reliable

and hardworking officer, whose enthusiasm and helpfulness are

undiminished after over thirty years in the service of the Crown.

Ir. POON Yui-fung

br. Poon joined the Government service in 1948 and becare a

Police Interpreter Class I in August 1962. Since February 1951 he

has served with the Criminal Investigation Department.

He is widely
