Mr. CHAN Kim-che

Mr. Chan joined the Government Clerical service in 1951.

Throughout his service he has worked in the Accounts Section of

Prisons Department Headquarters. He has carried out his duties in

an exemplary manner. He was awarded the Colonial Prison Service Medal in 1974 (being one of the first in the Clerical service to be

so honoured) and the First Clasp to the Medal in 1976.

Mr. CHEUNG Pui-sing

Mr. Cheung is a Clerical Officer I in the Accounts Section

of the Public Works Department Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

office. He possesses extensive knowledge of and expertise in

Government Accounting procedures, acquired over many years service,

and enthusiasm and willingness to initiate and implement change.

He has made an invaluable contribution to the work of his department.

Mr. CHOW King-shing

Mr. Chow has a record of over 23 years of Crown service,

as a foreman for the War Department from 1956 to 1961, and Assistant

Inspector of Works in the District Office, Tai Po, for the past 17 years.
