Mr. Michael WONG Ming-shuen
Mr. Wong has been a prominent member of the Civil Aid Services for many years, and is now Deputy Director Administration
responsible for all logistic support units.
Mr. Wong, who is a department store manager, served in the
Hong Kong Corps of Air Raid Wardens from 1939 to 1941, and rejoined when it was reformed as the Civil Aid Services in 1952. During his
service he has been actively engaged in many difficult operations
during typhoons, flooding and landslides.

hr. Yuen has been an enthusiastic member of the Board of
Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries since 1965 and is
now Chairman of the Board's Executive Committee. His expert advice
on architectural matters has been very useful to the Board in the
development of its facilities.
His long and devoted service to the
community has won the respect and appreciation of many local people. He was appointed an Unofficial Justice of the Peace in 1968.

Mr. NG Ching-kwok
Mr. Ng, who joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1966,
is a Superintendent of Police. He is an able, loyal and diligent officer, who made an outstanding contribution to the work of the Force
as the first Police Community Relations Officer.
