Mr. Jack TANG
Mr. Tang is a leading textile industrialist.
He is a member
of the Hong Kong Polytechnic Board of Governors, the Textile Advisory
Board, Trade Development Council and a prominent figure in the
Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Management Association.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Community Chest
and a current member of other bodies associated with business and
industrial education and training.

Mr. John Alfred FORTUNE, E.D., J.P.
Mr. J.A. Fortune, Chief Staff Officer and Director of Operations,
Civil Aid Services, has served in the Hong Kong Government for twenty-four
and a half years and was appointed as head of the Civil Aid Services
Department in April 1973.
He
He has re-organised and expanded the Civil Aid Services.
helped organise the procession for the Queen's visit to Hong Kong,
and successfully managed camps for Vietnamese refugees.
He was an
officer in the Royal Hong Kong Regiment for 14 years, and is actively
associated with a number of organisations and committees concerned with
outdoor recreation and aquatic sports.

Mr. James Roberts WHITAKER, J.P.
Mr. Whitaker joined the Hong Kong Government as an Engineer in
1954. Of his 23 years' service in the Public Works Department, 19 have
been devoted to highway and civil engineering works. He was promoted to
Head of the Engineering Development Department in November 1971.
