Mr. Jack Trotman
Mr
Mr. Trotman joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as an
Inspector in 1957. He was promoted to Superintendent in 1971. Trotman has maintained a consistently high standard in both conduct and work over the years in a series of difficult and demanding assignments

Mr. Fong Sang
Mr. Fong joined the Hong Kong Fire Brigade as a Fitter in 1946.
He is now a Principal Fireman.
Throughout his 31 years service ir. Fong has played a major part
in maintaining the high mechanical standards required of the Fire Services vehicles and equipment, and made a najor contribution to the saving of
life and property.

kr. Li Kamwing
Principal Fireman Li has served with the Hong Kong Fire Services
for 30 years.
During the whole of his service his performance has been
of a high standard, and he has shown outstanding courage and determination
