Dr. Charm Hoi-sang
Dr. Charm became a Director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals
in 1974, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors for the year 1976/77.
Under his chairmanship the Group undertook significant expansion of its
activities in the medical, education, youth and other welfare fields.

Mrs. Frances Kuiung
Mrs. Hsiung served in the Trade, Industry and Customs Department
for 21 years.
She retired with the substantive rank of Principal Trade
Officer in June 1977.
Mrs. Hsiung made an outstanding and sustained contribution to
the operation and development of the Department and rose to the acting
rank of Lasistant Director during her last to years of service.
