Mr. Ho Sin-hạng, H.E.H.

Founder and Chairman of the Hang Seng Bank, Mr. Ho is an
influential leading member of Hong Kong's business community.
He has
also rendered invaluable assistance to the Chinese University of Hong
Kong over the years, and established a charitable foundation which
contributes generously to community projects.

Mr. David Sherbrooke Whitelegge, J.P.
Mr. Whitelegge joined the Hong Kong Government in 1959
following service in Malaya. He has served in a wide variety of
administrative posts, including Chief Assistant Secretary for Chinese
Affairs, Deputy District Commissioner and District Commissioner for the
New Territories, and Deputy Defence Secretary.

Mr. Lee has been a valued adviser to the Department of Trade,
Industry and Customs for many years. He has been a member of the Trade
and Industry Advisory Board since 1970 and of the Rice Advisory Committee
since 1975.
Mr. Lee is a senior member of one of the largest business firms
in Hong Kong.
